摘要
履行政协职能的程序化问题与我国程序法建设问题虽然不是相同的问题,但二者在提出的背景、内容和价值上具有类似性。中共十六大召开以后,履行政协职能程序化建设取得了不少成绩。但在当前,程序方面的内容仍然显得很不足。为加强履行政协职能的程序化建设,本文借鉴程序法建设的经验,提出了五条意见和建议。
Whilst the procedural improvement of CPPCC＇ s performance of its functions and the establishment of procedural laws are different issues, they share similarities in terms of background, content and value. Since the 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China, we have made considerable achievements in the procedural improvement of CPPCC＇ s performance of its functions, but there still appears to be lack of procedures at present. For the purpose of enhancing such procedural improvement, the writer puts forward 5 items of comments and recommendations by making use of the experience in procedural laws establishment.
