摘要
目的了解与评价银川市住院病人的卫生系统反应性水平,找出存在的问题,提出解决的对策。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法抽取4个社区,对一年内有住院经历的202名病人由调查员询问并填写调查表。结果银川市住院病人的卫生系统反应性总水平为7.52。住院病人对8项反应性指标的总体评价由高到低分别为社会支持、尊严、交流、及时性、选择性、舒适性、保密性、自主性。多元回归结果显示自主性、及时性、交流和舒适性是影响住院病人总满意度的重要因素。结论公众对卫生系统反应性水平的评价基本上是肯定的,但是在尊重病人的自主权和保密权等方面有待于提高。
Objective To evaluate the responsiveness to the health system of the inpatients in Yinchuan,Nrmgxia, and to find problems and propose the improving measures. Methods A self-administered questionnaire was de livered to local residents in order to get information on the responsiveness of clinic patients. 4 communities, 202 local residents were recruited by cluster-randomized sampling. Results The total score of the responsiveness of inpatients was 7.52. In the total evaluation to responsiveness, eight aspects of inpatients were rowed from high to low in order: social support networks, dignity, communication, prompt attention, choice of providers, the degree of comfortable, confidentiality, autonomy. Multiple regression showed that autonomy, prompt attention, communication and the degree of comfortable had the most important impact on the total satisfaction of inpatients. Conclusion The evaluation that the public to the responsiveness level of health system was nearly positive, but autonomy and confidentiality should be improved.
