摘要
目的通过评价老年结核性渗出性胸膜炎患者肾上腺糖皮质激素（激素）治疗的疗效分析，严格掌握使用激素治疗的指征。方式老年结核性渗出性胸膜炎患者经过抗痨及抽液治疗，对比使用激素及没有使用激素治疗的疗效。结果使用激素与没有使用激素治疗的老年结核性渗出性胸膜炎患者，无显著性差异性。结论老年结核性渗出性胸膜炎患者应严格掌握激素使用指征，审慎使用激素治疗。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of glucocorticosteroid for the gerontal patients with tuberculous exadative pleurisy to strictly grasp the indication of using glucocorticosteroid. Methods The gerontal patients with tuberculous exadative pleurisy were treated with antituberculosis drugs and their pleural effusion was drawn . The effects of treatment with and without glucocorticosteroid were compared in the two groups. Results No significant difference was found in effects of treatment with and without glucocorticosteroid between the two groups . Conclusion The indication of using glucocorticosteroid should be strictly grasped in treating gerontal tuberculous exadative pleurisy in which glucocorticosteroid should be prudently used.
