摘要
现行的《环境保护法》已远远滞后于我国社会发展和环境保护的现状,针对其存在的问题,文章就该法修改的总体思路和主要内容方面提出中肯的建议。
Chinese current Law on Environmental Protection has lagged far behind that in the current situation of Chinese social development and environmental protection in light of the existing problemas. This paper is on the revision of the overall idea and major content of a fair and balanced proposal.
