摘要 为探讨磁场对液.液萃取过程的影响,本研究在不同磁感应强度的磁场中,对丙酮-水-甲基异丁基酮物系的萃取过程进行了研究。研究结果表明,磁场对丙酮-水-甲基异丁基酮物系的萃取过程具有正效应,丙酮的分配系数kA及收率声。均随着磁感应强度的增加而增大。定量计算表明,在磁感应强度为0.17-0.52T的磁场作用下,丙酮的分配系数kA提高5.29%~8.31%,丙酮的收率声。提高1.76%~3.41%。温度对磁化萃取效果有一定的影响,随着温度的升高,磁场对萃取的影响作用加强。通过对试验数据的回归分析,得出了丙酮分配系数kA的关联式。 In order to investigate the effects of magnetic field on the liquid-liquid extraction, the extraction process of acetone-water-methyl isobutyl ketone system was studied under magnetic field with different magnetic induction intensities. The results show that the positive effect of magnetic field exists in the extraction process and that partition coefficient kA and yield of acetone ФA increase with the increments of magnetic induction intensities. The quantitative account shows that the partition coefficient of acetone kA is increased by 5.29%-8.31% and the yield of acetone ФA is increased by 1.76%-3.41% under the influence of magnetic field with magnetic induction intensity of 0.17-0.52 T. Some effects of temperature on extraction process were seen in the experiments. The effects of magnetic field on the extraction were intensified when temperature increased. The experimental data were correlated by the method of regression analysis and the correlations equation of partition coefficient of acetone kA were obtained.
