摘要
根据种子的物料学特性和分配器的设计要求,设计制造了I型分配器,并计算其压强损失。试验结果表明:如果其它条件不变,分配器安装分流圆锥要比不安装分流圆锥时的变异系数低2%左右;由于不能保证分配器内腔斜面的平整光滑和斜度的一致性,导致变异系数偏大。
According to the agricultural material characteristics and the design request of the allotter, the allotter was designed and manufactured, and its pressure loss was calculated. The test proved that, the seeding quantity variance coefficient of the allotter with the shunting cone is lower by 2% than that of the allotter without the shunting cone under the same work conditions. The chamber bevel of the allotter was not glossy and its gradient was not accordant, which led to the bigger variance coefficient.
