摘要
运用三维有限元分析方法,以4YW-2型玉米收获机为例,对其割台支架进行了静态和动态分析,求得了应力、应变和结构前4阶自振频率和振型图,发现该产品应力和应变分布不均匀,找到了有严重应力集中和材料冗余的区域。其结果为我国玉米收获机的科学设计提供了科学验证,并为改进和优化结构提供了理论依据。
The dynamic and static states of the supporting frame of 4YW-2 corn harvester are analyzed with the three-dimensional finite element method. Deformation, stress, and nature frequency are calculated and the mode shapes are obtained. It is found that the distributions of stress and strain are not even. This paper not only certifies the correctness of the structural design but also gives the theory base to improve and optimize the structural design.
