摘要
为了研究不同的食用菌培养料物理特性参数对食用菌生产的产量和品质的影响,以生产滑菇、平菇、香菇、鸡腿菇培养料为研究对象,对其培养料的密度、水分、粒度、力学特性进行了分析和比较。结果表明:培养料的物理特性基本参数中的密度、水分、粒度对食用菌生产影响显著,而其力学特性对其食用菌生产的影响不显著。不同的物理特性参数显著性大小排序为:含水率>密度>粒度>力学特性。
In order to study the impact of different physical characteristics of fungus materials on output and quality, this research took Pholiota nameko, Pleurotus ostreatus, Lentinus edodes, Coprinus comatus as objects, the physical characteristics such as density, moisture content, porosity, grain size and mechanic properties were analyzed. The results indicated that density, moisture content had significant influence on fungus production. The rank of significance for different physical parameters was as follow: moisture〉density〉grain size 〉mechanics characteristic.
