摘要
“物”和“环境”是两个内涵不同、价值取向差异巨大的概念;在环境危机时代下,需要变革物权,对其进行“生态化”的改造。物权法生态化的设计包括物权客体范围的扩张,物权法律关系内容的生态化,物权种类的生态化等方面。
To protect the environment, it is necessary to amend the property Law by adding ecological consideration. The ecological conception of the Property Law covers the enlargement of the scope of the property ownership object, the relationships of the property law and the classification of property ownership.
