尿素节能降耗新技术的研究

摘要 针对国内部分中、小型尿素生产装置仍然采用传统的水溶液全循环法生产技术,存在耗能高、尾气易燃易爆等问题。着重介绍目前国内节能降耗新技术的开发及其推广应用情况。结果表明:尿素节能降耗新技术值得广泛推广。 Some domestic medium - sized and minityped Urea - manufacturing devices are still adopting the traditional manufacturing technology of full - circulation with water solution, which has such problems as high energy - consumption, flammability and explosive of the waste gas. Aiming at these problems, this thesis stresses the introduction of the development of present domestic energy - saving and consumption - decreasing new technology as well as its popularization and application. The result indicates that Urea energy - saving and consumption - decreasing new technology is worth popularizing widely.
