摘要
以L-酒石酸和乙醇为原料合成了手性拆分剂L-酒石酸二乙酯,其结构经IR确证。通过正交实验得优化反应条件为:L-酒石酸100 mmol,n(D酒石酸)∶n(乙醇)=1∶4,四氯化碳30 mL,浓硫酸4 mL,反映温度67℃,收率达95.35%。
A chiral resolving reagent ( + ) - diethyl lartrate was prepared from L- tartaric acid and alcohol using sulphur acid and 4 - chlorocarbon as a catalyst and a solvent. The structure was - confirmed by IR. The effect of molar ratio of reactants, amount of solvent and catalyst and reaction temperature on the yield were discussed by orthogonal test. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of L- tartaric acid and alcohol at 4:1 ,sulphur acid at 4ml,4 - chlorocarbon at 30 all and reaction temperature at 67℃. Under the optimum condition the yield of ( + ) - diethyl tartrate was about 95.35 %.
