摘要
目的:观察体外液电冲击碎石法配合总攻排石法加肾区拍击法治疗泌尿系结石的疗效。方法:治疗组采用体外碎石+总攻排石疗法+肾区拍击法;对照组采用体外碎石+常规抗炎、解痉、镇痛排石药,疗效观察疼痛体征消失时间,用B超复查结石排出情况和肾内积水消失情况,统计方法采用χ2检验。结果:输尿管结石:治疗组与对照组有显著性差异P<0.01。肾内结石:治疗组与对照组有显著性差异P<0.05。结论:体外碎石+总攻排石法+肾区拍击法是内科治疗肾内和输尿管结石的有效方法。
Objective： To observe the effect of general attack therapy（GAT） combined external lithotrity on urinary stone. Methods： ＂△＂ subjects were divided into two groups randomly; treatment group（169cases） and control group （96cases）. The treatment group was give GAT and external hthotrhy,and the control group was treated by external lithotrity . B uhrasonographrosis was used to evaluate the efficacy from the stone and hydronephrosis. Results ： There was an obvious difference between the two groups on nephrolithiasis（ P 〈 0.05 ） and ureterolith（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： GAT combining external lithotrity is quite effective for urinary stone.
