C41—400型空气锤传动系统改造中的支承设计

摘要 针对C41-400型空气锤由于传动系统故障而导致电动机损坏的问题,通常的改进方案是增加一级V带传动,但由于对改造中的支承设计不合理而失败的情况也时有发生。本文总结了成功的改造经验,指出改造中的关键问题是带轮—齿轮轴的支承设计。将前后两支承设计为一个整体轴承座,充分利用原电动机安装底座的有效长度,最大限度地缩短了轴的悬伸量,提高了轴承座与底座的螺纹联接强度。 Refer to the damage problem to the motor of C41-400 air hammer caused by driving system fault, an acknowledged improvement that is adding a V-belt driving into the system has been promoted with failure situations occasionally because of irrational supporting structures.Experiences from successful works have been summed up that the crux of improvement is the bearing design of the shaft supporting pulley and gear.Both of forward and back bearings have been integrated into one box to make full use of the length of base frame that the motor formerly mounted on,and short the shaft extended lengths in both end with the strengthening connection between bearing housing and screw thread of base.
