摘要
双电弧共熔池脉冲GMAW焊集高速高效、优质和自动化于一体,近来备受重视,但国内对此研究不多。本文在系统分析双丝脉冲GMAW焊电弧形态、熔滴过渡以及熔池行为的基础上,对双电弧共熔池脉冲GMAW焊系统实现的关键问题如电源类型、动特性、外特性、控制模式、协同控制方式、双丝焊枪设计以及送丝系统等进行了较深入的探讨。
The high-speed twin arc pulse GMAW welding technology possesses the advantages of high efficiency, high quality and automatization, and is paid much more attention to nowadays. Based on the systematic analysis of the arc pattern, globular transfer mode and molten pool of the twin arc pulse GMAW welding, the key techniques such as the welding power supplier characteristics, the soft-switching technique, the double closed loop control technique, the synchronic control technique, the twin arc welding torch design, and the wire feeding system are discussed for the realization of the twin arc pulse GMAW welding system.
