进入21世纪以来,国家采取了一系列的政策、经济和行政手段进行宏观调控,致使现有低效火电机组面临成批关停的局面,如何通过技术改造延长其使用寿命,已成为业界关注的焦点,现将一年来的工作体会总结出来,供讨论。
