摘要
以己二酸为原料,经酯化反应和酰胺化反应(以氢氧化钾为催化剂),制备了四羟乙基己二酰胺,探讨了催化剂、反应温度和反应时间对产品收率和羟值的影响.实验结果表明:在以氢氧化钾为催化剂,反应时间8h和反应温度80-90℃的优化条件下进行合成实验,产品的产率和羟值分别是96.7%和86.3mg/g.
Using adipate as a starting material, a new curing agent, tetrahydroxyethyladipicdiamide (THEAD) was prepared by esterification and acylamide reaction with potassium hydroxide as a catalyst. The effects of some experimental parameters, such as catalyst, reaction time and reaction temperature on the yield and hydroxyl value of tetrahydroxyethyladipicdiamide were discussed. The results showed that the experiment was carried out under the optimal conditions,which were as follows :the reaction time was 8 h, the reaction temperature was 80-90 ℃ and potassium hydroxide was used as a catalyst, the yield and hydroxyl value of THEAD was 96. 7% and 86. 3 mg/g,respectively.
