摘要 分析了热力站水-水板式换热器的运行故障,主要表现为:情况1,热流体出口温度达到冷流体出口温度的1.1倍以上;情况2,冷热流体出口温度接近且均偏低。情况1由于换热器内结垢导致热阻增大,可进行除垢、清洗排除故障。情况2由于换热器堵塞或一次侧进水管存在气堵,应加强施工管理,防止杂物进入管道;在一次侧进水管最高点安装放气阀,运行中经常放气。 The running malfunction of water-water plate heat exchanger in substation is analyzed. It indicates with two cases, that in case one, the outlet temperature of hot fluid reaches over 1.1 times of that of cold fluid; in case two, the outlet temperatures of cold and hot fluids are alike and too low. For case one, the malfunction can be eliminated by descaling and cleaning because scaling in heat exchanger results in increasing of thermal resistance. For case two, the construction management should be rein- forced to prevent the entrance of foreign matter into pipeline because of the obstruction of heat exchanger or air blocking in intake water pipe on the high-temperature side. The air vent valve should be installed at the top of intake water pipe on the high-temperature side to vent air often during operation.
