摘要
不同铵硝比的氮素营养对菠菜氮素代谢影响显著。随着铵硝比的降低,菠菜茎叶和根系组织中硝态氮含量呈直线上升趋势;同时菠菜根部铵态氮含量急剧下降,茎叶中铵态氮含量变化不显著。铵硝比对于菠菜各部位含氮量的影响不大,随着铵硝比的下降,菠菜植株累积的氮素显著增加。
The effect of nitrogen forms on the nitrogen metabolism was significant. Contents of nitrate nitrogen in spinach shoot and root linear increased with the NH4 ^+ - N/NO3^ - - N ratio, meanwhile, content of ammonium in root decreased sharply. Contents of ammonium nitrogen in shoot among varying treatments were not significant- ly difference. Effects of NH4 ^+ - N/NO3 ^- - N ratio on the contents of nitrogen in all spinach organs were slight. Nitrogen accumulation in spinach plant increased with the decrease of NH4 ^+ - N/NO3^ - - N ratio.
