摘要
结合教学的实际情况,对本科生电镜课程实习教学方法进行了改革,除取材部分仍要求学生亲自动手外,主要采用图片阅读的多媒体实习方式。实践表明,这种实习教学方式有助于缓解实习课教学过程中的具体矛盾,同时也扩大了学生的知识面,取得了较好的教学效果,并对以后的教学方法改革提出了设想。
We conducted reforms the practical teaching methods in cell ultrastructure and electron microscopy for undergraduates. Except for parts of materials drawn by students themselves, the practice teaching mainly focuses on the mode of multimedia-reading. This teaching method helps to reduce the contradiction in teaching process, expanding students' knowledge and improving the teaching effects. It suggest some concrete plans for the future reforms on teaching methods.
