摘要
针对交-交变频调速控制系统控制复杂、精度高、实时性强的特点,设计出了一种基于单片机和复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)相结合的高性能变频调速控制系统,给出了系统的主电路和控制电路,详细阐述了控制回路的工作原理,并采用VHDL编程语言对控制电路的功能模块进行了模拟仿真.最后对整个系统进行了试验研究和结果分析,证明该系统具有通用性、精度高、信号处理速度快、触发可靠及抗干扰能力强等优点.
Based on the complexity, high accuracy and good real-time capability of AC-AC VVVF system, a high-performance variable frequency speed-adjustment control system of microprocessor and CPLD is designed. The paper firstly presents main circuit and control circuit of the system, describs the operation principle of the system, and the part VHDL program and the corresponding simulation results are given. Finally, it is proved by design and application that this technique can significantly improve the stability and reliability of the system.
