摘要
分析了影响电力系统安全运行的因素,提出了调度管理的重要性,进而简要介绍了我国电力系统的调度管理模式,结合电力系统体制改革的新形式和廊坊地区电网的具体事例,强调了坚持统一调度原则的重要性。
Factors which affect the safe operation of power system are analyzed. The dispatching management is important. The dispatching management model in China is briefed. In consideration with structural reform of electric power industry and real situation in Langfang regional network,the importance of implementing the principle of unified dispatching is emphasized.
