摘要
评估业务费给房地产评估业带来了较大的发展隐患,不利于行业的规范发展。文中试图从评估业务费入手,分析评估业务费带来的危害,以及此问题解决后评估业界的发展前途。
The fee of appraisal causes some problems to the development of the industry of real estate appraisal and hinders its scale of development. This thesis begins with the fee, analyzes its negative effects and foresees the prospects of the industry of real estate appraisal after solving the problem.
