摘要
通过对水电站电子器件失效机理的分析,提出了电子器件分析的方法和步骤,分析结果可以作为电子器件失效原因的判别依据.知道电子器件失效的原因,就可以对电子器件采取针对性的解决方法和保护措施.水电站实行计算机监控技术后,电子器件的使用比重很大,对电子器件的失效原因进行有效的分析和保护,有利于整个水电站的安全和稳定运行.
The proportion of electronic units in the electronic equipment in hydropower stations as a whole is becoming higher after computer monitoring. The effective analysis on abatement mechanism of electronic units can improve the safety and running of the station. The study puts forward the measures and the process of electronic units, which prove to be the key reason of abatement.
