摘要
采用电凝聚-气浮法对印染废水进行脱色处理,主要考察了废水的pH值、电流强度、电凝聚时间等因素对印染废水色度去除率的影响。实验结果表明:当进水pH=6-7、电流强度I=1.5 A、电凝聚时间t=20 min时,废水的色度去除率可达90%以上。该方法具有较宽的操作范围,电流强度在1.0-2.5 A范围内,废水色度去除率相差不大;进水pH在5-8范围内,废水色度去除率可达到80%以上。
Electro-coagulation-floatation method is adopted to treat dyeing wastewater.Effects of some factors on chroma removal are studied,such as pH value,current and coagulation time.The results show that the removal rate of chroma can reach above 90% with conditions of pH=6-7,I=1.5A,t=20min.This method is wide in application and the removal rate of chroma differs little when the strength of current ranges from 1.0A to 2.5A;the removal rate can reach above 80% when pH value stays 5-8.
