摘要
本文从新城市主义的设计理念和宗旨出发,以上海曹路新镇中心区城市设计为例,从人性化、多样化、可持续发展三个方面入手,着重探讨适应中国城镇发展的空间模式和城市设计原则,提出人性化城市与适宜技术并存的思考主题。
Taking the urban design of the Shanghai Caolu new town center as an example, this paper focuses on the design concepts and objectives of new urbanism. The author discusses spacial pattern and design principle suitable for Chinese town development from the three aspects of humanization, diversification and sustainable development, and then discusses the coexistence of humanization and high technical skill within a city.
