摘要
大学生公寓是我国新时期高校建设的重点,大学生公寓交往空间的合理设计对学生的成长有着重要意义.分析了不同类型的公寓形式和空间组织方式,以我国常用的多层长廊式、多层单元式以及高层大学生公寓类型为研究对象,从利于学生交往的基础上分析其空间组织形式的特点和产生的原因,单元与廊相结合的组织形式是一种较好的大学生公寓类型.并从居住密度、空间环境和质量,增加利于交往的公共空间等方面提出改善的原则和建议.
At present college student apartment construction develops in higher education. Communicating space design in student apartment is of great significance. The analysis of different types and space organization is the focus for the research on the communicating space in student apartment. The main objectives are common： muhilayer-corridor type, multilayer-unit type and high-rise student apartment in China. The characteristics of space organization forms and its causes are based on favorable communication for students. An improved type of organization forms which is a combination of unit type and gallery type is introduced. Principles and suggestions are put forward for the improvement of living density, quality of space and environment and space conducive to public communication.
