摘要
本试验对影响牛性别鉴定雌性胚胎产犊准确率的因素进行了研究.结果表明：胚胎质量对产犊准确率有显著影响.取样大于等于5个细胞组的产母犊准确率高于取样1～4个细胞组,二者差异极显著.取样细胞活性对胚胎性别鉴定的准确率有显著影响.电泳条带清晰程度对性别鉴定准确率有极显著影响,而胚胎发育阶段和取样时有无透明带对产犊牛准确率无显著影响.
In this study, the factors that might affect the accuracy of bovine PCR embryo sexing was analyzed. The findings appeared ： 1. Embryo quality affected the accuracy of bovine PCR embryo sexing significantly. 2. the accuracy of the group biopsied ≥5cells was higher than that of the group collected ≥4cells very obviously. 3. the accuracy of the group with alive cell samples was significantly higher than that of the group with disperse or died cell samples. 4. the definition of electrophoresis bands affected the accuracy of bovine embryo sexing very significantly. 5. the development stages of embryos and relic of zona pellucida adhered to samples didn＇t affect the the accuracy significandy.
