摘要 织物型热反射材料是一种新型建筑功能材料。本文介绍了该产品的原材料、生产工艺及主要设备,分析了影响涂层性能的主要因素,指出金属膜层的反射率决定了织物型热反射的隔热保温性能,以及控制和提高膜层反射率的措施及其工艺参数,其中包括:选择最佳发射率,降低织物基材表面粗糙度,控制膜层厚度,提高真空室内真空度等。最后,文章分析了生产该产品的经济效益和应用前景。 The article introduces how to determine and select the key contents for a new project of PVC pipe production line such as production capacity to be controlled within 10 000~14 000 t/a with suitable product specifications, specially to develop pipes with the diameter of 160~280 mm, in conformity with international standard directly, selection of advanced and ripe production equipments and popularization of laminated PVC pipes with foamed core. The conditions of products, features and markets for some major companies which are manufacturing extrusion machine, plastic injector, die set and batching system are presented in the article as well.
