摘要
目的优化心舒平胶囊的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验方法,以浸出物的量、苦参碱、原儿茶醛的含量为评价指标,综合优化提取工艺中的加水量、煎煮次数、煎煮时间3个因素。结果优化的提取工艺为每次加l2倍量的水,煎煮3次,第1次1.5 h,第2次1 h,第3次1 h。结论优化工艺可最大限度地提取出药材中的有效成分。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Xinshuping Capsule. Methods The optimal extraction conditions were studied by orthogonal test. The amount of extract obtained, contents of matrine, protoctechuic aldehyde were used as the markers to optimize three factors： the amount of water added, the decoction time and decoction times. Results The optimum extraction process was obtained： adding 12 times amount of water every time, extracting three times for 1.5, 1.0, 1.0 h, respectively. Conclusion The effective component was extracted efficiently from medicine herbs.
