摘要 目的采用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸伐昔洛韦分散片的含量及有关物质。方法采用Hypersil ODS-C18分析柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以0.02mol/mL磷酸二氢钾溶液-甲醇-乙腈(80∶15∶5)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长250nm,柱温为室温,进样量20μL。结果盐酸伐昔洛韦在10-60μg/mL浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.20%,RSD=0.52%(n=9),各杂质与主成分峰分离良好。结论本方法专属性好,操作简便、快速,结果准确可靠,重现性好,可用于测定盐酸伐昔洛韦分散片的含量及有关物质。 Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of dispersible valaciclovir chloride tablets and its substances. Methods A Hypersil ODS C18 column(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm) was used as an analytical column. The mobile phase consisted of 80 % of 0.02 mol/L KH2PO4, 15 % of methanol and 5 % of acetonitrile with 1.0 mL/min of flow rate, the detective wavelength was 250 nm, and the column temperature was at room temperature. The injection volume was 20 pL. Results The linear range for the content of valaciclovir chloride was 10-60 μg/mL (r = 0. 999 9), the average recovery was 99.20 %, RSD = 0. 52 % ( n = 9). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and is suitable for the determination of dispersible valaciclovir chloride tablets and its substances.
