摘要
核酸疫苗是20世纪90年代初发展起来的一种新型疫苗,它克服了传统疫苗所存在的一些缺陷,具有许多传统疫苗不可比拟的优点。有关核酸疫苗的研究已成为国内外科技界研究的热点之一,呈现出良好的应用前景。作者综述了核酸疫苗的研究背景、构建过程、作用机理以及疫苗本身具有的优缺点等,同时,概述了近年来国内外对鱼类DNA疫苗基础研究和应用研究的新进展,探讨了鱼用DNA疫苗当前需要解决的问题及发展前景。
Nucleic acid vaccine, also named as DNA vaccine, has become a noval vaccine since 1990s. It has to some extent advantages over conventional vaccines and become one of a worldwide hot - topic. There are many achievements on research associated with this field. The research historical development, immunologic mechanism, process of construction, advantages and disadvantages of DNA vaccine are reviewed in the present paper. In addition, the history and development of DNA vaccine are described in fish, and some useful suggestions are presented for future research on DNA vaccine in fish.
