摘要
以水嘴接头为例,介绍了模具结构和工作过程,阐述了注射模可转动脱螺纹型芯在合模状态下仍然有转动的情况,提出了解决方法,在实际生产中转动的情况得到有效地预防。
The structure and working procedure of an injection mould for a water faucet screw joint were presented. Measurement was taken to prevent the rotation of rotatable screw-demolding core under mould clamping and injection.
