骨髓间充质干细胞趋化因子受体的表达及其趋化性迁移研究进展

摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞作为种子细胞在组织工程领域中具有强大的应用前景,体内外的趋化性迁移研究试图阐明骨髓间充质干细胞特异性组织归巢的潜在机制。对趋化因子受体在其细胞表面和细胞内的表达特征、功能性趋化效应轴与细胞迁移、定向募集的关系等进行综述,为细胞治疗或组织工程应用提供理论依据。 Due to their potential for differentiation into different tissues, bone marrow mesenchymal stem ceils (BMSC) have emerged as a promising tool for tissue engineering. Study on chemotactic migration of BMSC in vivo and in vitro may help to identify the mechanisms that underlie BMSC trafficking to specific tissue environments. We reviewed functional expression of chemokine receptors, chemokine-receptor interaction axes, migration and homing on populations of BMSC. The results may be important parameters in the validation of cultured BMSC intended for cell therapy or tissue engineering.
