摘要
区域金融生态对金融资源配置有很大的影响,一个地区金融资源的多少与该地区的金融生态密切相关。区域经济的快速发展将增加该区域对金融资源的需求,有利于改善该区域的金融生态环境;改善区域金融生态环境有利于吸引金融资源,从而推动区域经济的发展。区域金融资源配置要兼顾效益与公平原则。区域金融资源配置受到区域金融生态的硬约束。为提高区域金融资源的配置效率,应采取改善区域金融生态环境与推动区域经济发展并重的策略。
Regional financial ecologic environment has great impact on the allocation of financial resources. How much financial resource there is in one region is closely related with the financial ecologic environment. The rapid development of regional economy will increase the demand of financial resource in this region, and benefit its improvement of financial ecologic environment ; which is turn will benefict attracting financial resources, hence pushing the development of regional economy. Efficiency and fairness rules should be considered at the same time for regional financial resource allocation; this allocation is subjected to a rigid binding of regional financial ecology. For an improved efficiency of regional financial resource, it＇s necessary to adopt a policy of perfecting regional financial ecologic environment and promoting regional economy development as well.
