摘要
将羟基硅酸盐通过表面修饰分散在水中,并与不同比例的水溶性润滑剂进行复配。用四球摩擦磨损试验机考查不同配比的羟基硅酸盐水溶液的摩擦学性能,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线能谱仪(EDAX)分析了磨斑表面形貌和元素构成。结果表明,单独的羟基硅酸盐或水溶性润滑剂的最大无卡咬负荷(PB)均不高,但以羟基硅酸盐与水溶性润滑剂复配的水溶液在合适配比下PB值大于1962N,有较高的承载性,在834N下,其减摩抗磨作用也非常明显。羟基硅酸盐–水溶性润滑剂体系的良好摩擦学性能的主要原因是羟基硅酸盐粒子提高了水溶性润滑剂形成的润滑膜的粘弹性,同时水溶性润滑剂对羟基硅酸盐粒子“微轴承”进行“润滑”,两者具有协同作用。
The hydroxyl silicate was surface-modified and dispersed in water, and mixed with water-soluble lubricant by different proportion. The tribological properties of hydroxyl silicate aqueous solution (HSAS) were evaluated by four-ball tester and the wear scar of tested balls was analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX). The results showed that the single hydroxyl silicate powder or water-soluble lubricant possessed relatively low maximum non-seizure load (PB), but the PB value of HSAS solution with favorable proportion was higher than 1962N, it could reduce friction and wear greatly at the high load of 834N. So it showed a good application prospect. The good tribological properties of hydroxyl silicate- water-soluble lubricant were coming from the improvement of viscoelasticity of lubrication film formed by hydroxyl silicate particles, at the same time, the water-soluble lubricant could act as a "mini-bearing".
