摘要
通过对脱镁叶绿酸-a甲酯卟吩环上官能团的修饰和改造,得到含有多种取代基的叶绿素-a衍生物.根据不同取代基的电子效应、取代位置与分子共轭区域的联系,提出二氮杂轮烯和四氮杂轮烯组成的非等原子芳香体系结构,总结了卟吩大环上的化学结构变化对其可见光谱的影响.作为分子中最长的共轭区域,N21-N23轴向的官能团变化将改变最大可见光的振动吸收(Qy吸收带),而包含于多电子性的四氮杂环多烯的m eso-位取代基则与Scoret吸收带的变化形成联系.
The chlorophyll-a derivatives with diversified substituted groups are obtained using methyl pheophorbide-a as starting material by modifying and transforming the functional groups on chlorin ring. The change for substitute group on chlorin ring of chlorophyll-a derivative and the effect on their visible spectra is discussed and summarized according to relation of electron effect and substituted position of different groups with conjugated region. The longest absorption band, Qy hands of chlorine are strongly affected by the substituents on the Qy axis( N^21 -N^23), The meso-position subatituted functional groups, which are contained in tetrazo-cyclicpolyene related deeply with change of Scoret hands.
