摘要
热管是一种高效导热元件。近年来研制钢制热管散热器成为我国散热器开发的一个热点。通过分析其制造工艺和工程应用上的问题,指出目前研制的以钢制柱型或板型为外壳的热管散热器在工程上是不可靠的。
The steel radiator incorporating a heat pipe has become of general interest in recent years in China.Throush analysis of it in technological requirements and practical instances,concludes that the heat pipe radiator based on the existing steel column and panel type radiators has hardly any advantage over conventional ones due to the difficulties in preventing the loss of vacuum,ensuring the compatibility between the working medium and steel,etc.
