摘要
从可持续发展出发,论述了陈仓区水安全四大问题,提出了建立水安全体系的七条设想,以保障社会经济协调发展。
In terms of sustainable development, four main problems about the water safety of Chencang District are discussed and seven tentative ideas about the water safety system are put forward so as to ensure the coordinated development of the social economy.
