摘要
论文介绍了墨子法律思想的四个特点:首先,墨子之法是以“天志”为核心的理想法;其次,墨子之法是“义即利”的功利主义法;第三,墨子之法是重视古代权威和“百姓耳目之实”的经验主义法;最后,墨子之法是“尊天事鬼”的神权法。
Four characteristics of Mozi＇ s law thought： First, Mozi＇ s law is by ＂God＇ s will＂ the core ideal law. Next, Mozi＇ s law is ＂ethics is benefit＂ utilitaranism law. Third, Mozi＇ s law is attaching importance to ancient times prestige and ＂the common people exerience ＂ empirical law. Finally, law of the Mozi is ＂reverencing Cod and ghost＂ the god law.
