Prevention and Treatment of Premixing Concrete Crack During Construction

摘要 预拌混凝土在施工期间经常发生开裂。混凝土施工期间裂缝可在事前从结构设计优化、原材料优选、施工配合比优化设计、施工过程控制及施工过程监测等多方面采取措施进行综合控制。事后处理可按情况调查、原因分析、加固或补强等思路处理。 Premixing concrete often cracks during construction. It is suggested to take the following measurements to prevent and cure the early stage shrinkage crack:optimizing the structure design, materials selection and mix ratio design, strictly controlling construction process and construction process monitor. Ex-post treat according to investigation, cause analysis, reinforcing.
