摘要
将无机含羟基硅酸镁盐蛇纹石和滑石粉加入到工业凡士林中,采用四球试验机对这两种润滑添加剂的极压抗磨性能进行评价,用修复模拟试验考察了含羟基硅酸镁盐的修复性能。结果表明,含羟基硅酸镁盐能够显著改善基础脂的极压抗磨性能,但当添加量增大到10%后,抗磨性能变化不大;相同长磨时间的条件下,以添加2.0%蛇纹石和2.0%滑石粉后的基础脂作润滑剂,较基础脂中钢球的磨损量明显减少。说明含羟基硅酸镁盐在摩擦条件下,具有修复摩擦表面的功能。
Two magnesium silicates containing hydroxyl groups,serpentine and talc,were added into commercial Vaseline to observe their anti wear and extreme pressure property using four ball testing machine. The self-repairing property of these inorganic lube additives was investigated by self-repairing simulation test. As a result, the anti wear and extreme-pressure property of the base grease were improved by adding these additives,yet when dosage reached 10% the anti-wear performance apparently had no change. During prolonged testing cycle,the weight loss of test ball was reduced significantly for Vaseline added 2% serpentine or talc, which indicated the good self-repairing function of magnesium silicates containing hydroxyl groups at worn surface under friction conditions.
