摘要
用H2及CO还原氧化铁过程中,使用了X-ray粉末衍射和化学分析方法确定了氧化铁及金属铁的定量分析关系。铁素体(αFe)、奥氏体(γFe)、碳化铁(Fe3C)、磁铁矿(Fe3O4)、赤铁矿(Fe2O3)与浮氏体(Fe0.947O)的摩尔强度定量关系的系数分别为0.56,0.56,0.52,0.87和2.57。通过这些系数,可以计算出氧化铁的金属化率和还原率。
Quantitative analyses of mixture composed of iron oxides and metal iron were investigated by means of powder X-ray diffraction and chemical analysis methods for iron oxides reduction by H2 and CO, respectively. The coefficients of quantitative molar intensity ratio of ferrite (αFe), austenite (γFe), iron carbide (Fe3 C), magnetite(Fe3 O4 ) and hematite ( Fe2 O3 ) to wustite (Fe0.947O) are 0. 56, 0. 56, 0.52, 0.87 and 2.57 respectively. The degrees of metallization and reduction of iron oxide were calculated according to these coefficients.
