摘要
教师专业化已成为教育改革中教师成长的热门话题,在我国教育改革正如火如荼进行的今天,教师专业化发展得到普遍的重视。本文从教师专业化发展的内涵,来探讨西部地区教师们面对专业化的标准和要求所面临的困境,进而根据现实情况,提出西部地区教师专业化发展的出路。
Professionalization of teachers has become a hot issue in educational reform. Today the teachers＇ Professional development earns universally attention when we vigorously perform our educational reform. From the.meaning of teachers＇ Professionalization development, the text probes into the plight of Professional standard and demand that the western-region teachers confront with. Then according to the difficult reality we can come up with the outlet for the teachers in western region.
