摘要
以动态应力为约束条件,重量为目标函数,对8仓高方平筛的钢结构进行了动态应力优化设计,使重量减轻了134.7 kg,用材减少了13.8%.取得了良好的优化效果,具有实际指导意义.
Dynamic stress optimization of 8 sects of the steel structure of square plansifter was accomplished by dynamic stress as constrains condition and by the weight as objective function. The optimal result shows that the weight of plansifter is decreased to134.7 kg, and material consumption reduction is 13.8%. The good optimal result is obtained, which is practical and meaningful for optimum design of plansifter.
