摘要 诺如病毒性胃肠炎是最常见的急性非细菌性感染性胃肠炎。粪口传播为主要传播方式,暴发流行为主要流行特点。主要病变部位在十二指肠和空肠上段。急性起病,以呕吐、腹痛和腹泻为主要临床表现;大多数病人呈良性临床经过。最重要的预防措施是减少水源和食品污染。 Noroviral gastroenteritis is the leading acute infectious non-bacterial gastroenteritis. Fecal-oral spread is the primary transmission mode; outbreak in multiple settings is the main epidemiological feature. The duodenum and proximal jejunum are the major lesion sites. Acute onset of vomiting, bellyache and diarrhea are the major clinical characteristics; and most patients have good prognosis. Confining the water and food contamination is the most important preventive measure.
