摘要
随着知识经济的到来,产品的生命期缩短,企业需要不断研发新的产品并推向市场。产品的研发离不开项目管理技术,因此项目管理在企业中占据了越来越重要的位置,尤其是在知识型企业中。从人工智能领域中兴起的Agent技术为项目管理中一些问题的研究提出了新的思路和解决方法。Agent是一种能够实时地、动态地、自主地与不断变化着的外部环境进行交互的智能系统。论文中对基于Agent的多项目管理信息系统进行了分析和研究,建立了基于Agent的项目管理系统框架,确定了系统中需要设计开发的Agent的种类、功能、通信方式等,并建立了Agent的模型。
With the coming of the knowledge economy, the life cycle of the products is reduced. And the enterprise must develop more new products to satisfy the needs of the customers. As an elemental technology to develop new product, project management become more and more important, especially in the knowledge-enterprise. The Agent technology, which is developed from the artificial intelligence, provides some new ideas and solution to the project management. In this paper, the Agent-based project management information system is researched. The kinds and functions of the Agents are determined, and a framework of Agentbased project management information system is developed.
