摘要
采用X射线衍射仪测定了高聚物的结晶度(Xc)。以聚丙烯(PP)样品的测定为例,讨论了注射成型工艺参数对XC的影响,分别给出了XC与机筒温度(Tb)、模具温度(TM)、注射压力(P)和注射速率(Q)的关系。实验表明:调整机筒温度、注射压力和注射流量的大小,可以得到结晶度的最大值,当Tb=195℃、P=60 MPa、Q=50 g.s-1时,对应的结晶度最大。
The crystallinity (Xc) of polymer was measured by using X - ray diffraction methods. Not only the effect of injection molding process parameters on the Xc has been discussed, but the relation of Xc and barrel temperature (T b), mold temperature(Tm), injection pressure(P) and injection rate(Q) have been showed separately by taking the determination of polypropylene(PP) as an example. The maximum of the crystallinity can be obtained by adjusting the barrel temperature, the injection pressure and the injection speed. The experiment indicated that the corresponding crystallinity was the biggest when Tb = 195 ℃, P =60 Mpa and Q =50 g · s^-1.
