摘要
针对机床夹具设计中大量使用标准件、通用件的特点,提出一种基于三维CAD软件的三维标准件库的构建方法。这种方法利用三维CAD软件提供的参数化建模技术,对某一类型号的标准件创建一个底层的模板零件,提取控制零件主要尺寸的主参数,建立参数化标准件。在使用时通过人机交互控制参数实现尺寸驱动,动态生成用户需要的标准件。
According to characteristics of fixture design, such as the large quantity of categories and higher level of standardization, brought forward a graphic database parameterized system based on CAD software. By Using such parameterized modeling techniques, the system modeling only one template part for a type of standardized parts. In order to modeling standardized part, the system picks up the main dimension which controls the feature of the part. At last it build parts dynamically when users need.
