摘要
信用证通常被认为是国际贸易中最安全的支付方式之一,但贸易实践中,“软条款”就像埋伏在信用证中的一颗定时炸弹,随时威胁着出口商的结汇安全。及时识别信用证中的“软条款”,采取必要的预防措施,把收汇风险消灭在萌芽状态,在贸易各环节严格把关,防患于未然,是出口商的最佳选择。
L/C is usually looked as one of the most safety payment style in the international trade. But,in practice ,L/C soft clause,like a bomb,can swallow up exporter＇s payment for goods whenever necessary. It is a optimum choise for an exporter to distinguish L/C soft clause in time,and take some necessary means to prerevent the risk of forien value from the primary state.
