摘要
尽管战略联盟被越来越多的企业所认同,但是大部分战略联盟的绩效并不十分理想,超过半数的战略联盟归于失败。现有的研究缺乏对联盟绩效影响因素的系统分析,为此,该文阐释了联盟绩效的概念及其度量指标和方法,以系统思维方式,从战略联盟的外部环境以及联盟体系本身,对联盟绩效的影响因素进行分析,最后提出战略联盟绩效评估的理论模型。
Though strategic alliance is approved by more and more enterprises, the performances of most alliances are not very obvious, over haft of the strategic alliances come to failure. Existing research lacks the systematic analysis on influencing factors of alliance performance. This paper first defines the alliance performance concept and measures, then, from external environment and strategic alliance itself, explains the influencing factors of alliance performance. and finally proposes a theoretical framework to evaluate alliance performance.
